A bid can only be canceled if the seller agrees to it.

Q.How should I place a bid to compete effectively with other bidders?: A.Setting a higher bid limit increases your chances of winning the auction against competitors.

Q.How long should it take to process a refund?: A.Typically, we will process refunds and partial refunds within 24 hours after the auction concludes.

Purchase requests must be made at least 5 days before the auction’s end date.
Please deposit your maximum bid amount to BEX Market to start the bid.
For “Buy Now” items, please deposit the immediate purchase amount to BEX Market.
If a refund is required, BEX Market will issue it to your account.
The maximum bid amount cannot be changed once a bid is placed.
Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotion may change or end without notice.
