(2) Take photos of the damaged items (products) and box.
(3) Bring the damaged items, photos, and the shipping invoice to your local post office or courier service.
(4) Request a Damage Report
(5) Send the Damage Report and the photos of the damaged items to BEX Market
(6) We will file a compensation claim with the post office or courier service, and if approved by the courier service, the actual loss based on the declared value of the damaged items will be compensated.
Please note that compensation may not be paid in some cases.

*Regarding Compensation:
In the event of loss or damage to the shipments, compensation (as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions of carriage) specified by the International Postal Service or International Courier will be applied.
