photos of the damaged items to BEX Market
(6) We will file a
compensation claim with the post office or courier service, and if
approved by the courier service, the actual loss based on the
declared value of the damaged items will be compensated.

note that compensation may not be paid in some cases.

In the event of loss or damage to
the shipments, compensation (as stipulated in the Terms and
Conditions of carriage) specified by the International Postal
